FIFA plans to introduce a new ban on penalties!

The world football federation FIFA is preparing a new rule for penalties in football, and the goalies are on the wallpaper.

At the FIFA Congress, a proposal will be submitted to prohibit goalkeepers from “psychological games”, namely that they may not talk to the penalty takers and thereby influence them before the shot.
