The Brazilian striker, Roberto Firmino, has shown that it is the right time to leave Liverpool.

Firmino will leave the Reds when his contract expires at the end of next month.

The departure of the Brazilian striker comes after eight seasons and was surprising, but it has shown that this was the right time to leave Anfield.

“It’s about time, unfortunately. The cycle here has ended and I understand that it is time to go. Maybe one day I can come back, I don’t know, but it’s time to leave,” Firmino initially told the Liverpool Echo.

“Coming back as a coach? Maybe! Never say never. I do not know. I don’t know what will happen to my future. It could be to play, you never know.”
