Davide Frattesi continues to remain Roma’s main target for the midfield department.
The Italian giant was also close to signing the player last year, but in the end the agreement with Sassuolo failed.
The desire of the Italian midfielder is to return to Roma, from where he joined Sassuolo in the summer of 2017.
Roma continue to hold 30 percent of the player’s fee, while Sassuolo are demanding 30 million euros to release their star.
Sky Sport has reported that Roma is ready to offer the talent card Christiano Volpato to reach Frattesi.
This season, the 23-year-old has excelled in the Italian Serie A football elite, where he has scored seven goals in 36 official matches.
In addition to Rome, Juventus, Inter and the English team Brighton have also expressed interest in him.
