The English club Liverpool has officially announced the transfer of midfielder Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton.

After the departure of many footballers, Jurgen Klopp’s team has also started with reinforcements in this summer transfer window.

The first transfer to arrive at Anfield this summer is Mac Allister, who shone last season with Brighton in the Premier League and won the Qatar 2022 World Cup with Argentina.

It is the official website of the English club that announced the agreement with Brighton for the transfer of Mac Allister, who will wear the jersey number 10 at Anfield.

“We have reached an agreement for the transfer of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton & Hove Albion on a long-term deal for an undisclosed fee,” the Reds said in a statement.

However, according to English media and football experts, the Argentine has signed a five-year contract with the English club.

The transfer price is said to be 40 million euros, which was the exit clause in Mac Allister’s contract.
