Official: Chelsea FC sign Roberto Sanchez

It’s now official, Robert Sanchez is moving to Chelsea from Brighton.

After protracted negotiations, the two clubs finally reached an agreement.

The Spanish goalkeeper leaves after a long time from Brighton, with Chelsea having paid 25 million euros plus five more bonuses for him.

Sanchez has signed a long-term contract with Chelsea until June 30, 2030.

Chelsea directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart have expressed their delight at signing Sanchez.

“We are very pleased to welcome Robert to Chelsea and he adds further quality to our goalkeeping unit.”
