Mail Sport reports that Mauricio Pochettino is expecting four more transfers before the end of August, meaning Chelsea are not done with reinforcements.
It has been added that Tyler Adams should be the first to arrive, given that he has an affordable release clause that just needs to be activated and is at €25 million.
Moises Caicedo is their main target this summer and there still seems to be optimism that a deal could happen.
That leaves room for two more – considering the hottest rumors right now would be Dusan Vlahovic as part of a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku and Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise.
Pochettino is targeting these four transfers by August 31, as the transfer window closes on September 1, and the manager knows he doesn’t have many players in the squad.
He has announced before that his team will have a maximum of 25 players, while the players who are not in his plans have already been informed.
