Chelsea’s plan to introduce Caicedo revealed

Chelsea are working hard to sign Moises Caicedo.

Brighton announced yesterday that they had accepted an offer of 128 million euros from Liverpool for the Ecuadorian international.

However, Caicedo has rejected the move as he wants to join Chelsea.

As such, Chelsea are in talks with Brighton over a €133m deal for the midfielder – with a view to sealing the deal today (Saturday).

It is understood that the London club have plans to introduce Caicedo on Sunday ahead of their Premier League opener against Liverpool.

The Secret Scout reports: “Chelsea and Brighton are tonight working out the payment structure for Caicedo’s transfer… it’s coming to fruition.”

“Caicedo has sent a message to close Chelsea players ‘See you soon'”.

“They want him to walk across Stamford Bridge on Sunday against Liverpool. The incredible saga is nearing its end,” added the site that deals with transfer reporting and discovering new talents.
