Roma have agreed the transfer of Leandro Paredes to Paris Saint-Germain at a cost of four million euros, while the final details are fading for Renato Sanches.
The Giallorossi have had to strengthen their midfield twice, first after failing to secure a few more targets this summer, then when Nemanja Matic left for Stade Rennais for three million euros.
They approached PSG and agreed a deal for Paredes, as Sky Sport Italia, RMC Sport and other media are all confident the clubs have shaken hands over the deal.
It is a permanent transfer for around four million euros and the Argentine is expected to be in Rome within 24 hours for medical examinations.
He spent last season on loan at Juventus with an option to buy, which was not exercised.
It proved a costly situation for Juventus, who did not pay the €22.6m option but had to pay €2.2m on the loan and an additional €2.5m penalty to PSG for his return.
Meanwhile, Renato Sanches is set to join Roma on loan with an option to buy, but Sky Sport Italia say the Ligue 1 giants are still pushing for it to become an obligation.
