For most of 2023, Carlo Ancelotti’s future has been the subject of speculation. Specifically, regarding taking the position of coach in the Brazilian national team, as it is currently vacant permanently.

Ancelotti has consistently committed his future to Real Madrid, although his contract expires at the end of this season and it is uncertain whether he will be renewed.

Regardless of whether Ancelotti is offered or not, the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) believes the Italian will agree to become Brazil coach from next summer.

It is the President of the Brazilian Federation, Ednaldo Rodrigues, who has called Ancelotti’s appointment a reality.

“Is Ancelotti a dream or is it a reality? For us, he is a reality,” Rodrigues told Marca.

Ancelotti’s full focus is currently on Real Madrid, who are in action on Saturday against Almeria. However, it could be his last season at the club, and if so, he will be hoping to go out in style.
