Chelsea legend Eden Hazard has reportedly received an offer to play in Scotland’s top flight.

Hazard left Real Madrid when his contract expired, having been plagued by injuries throughout his time in the Spanish capital.

The attacking player is expected to retire from football in the coming weeks if he does not find a club to his liking.

However, according to AS newspaper in Spain, the Belgian has been handed a proposal that would see him join the Scottish Premiership.

The identity of the club is not clear, but the report suggests that one of the two big clubs, Rangers or Celtic, may have been interested.

Hazard has also had proposals from the United States, England, Spain, France and Saudi Arabia.

However, the Belgian star may not even want to return to the sport after a turbulent few years.
