Milan has reached a verbal agreement with Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
According to the “Daily Star” and “CalcioMercato.com” Milan owners have targeted former Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas as the first player to start the revolution in San Siro.
Chelsea is expected to accept an offer of 25 million euros for Cesc, who will earn 4.5 million euros per season plus bonuses.
