Manchester City have won their fifth in as many games in the Premier League.
The Citizens triumphed with an upset on the trip to West Ham United with a score of 1-3, in a spectacular match.
After the match, coach Pep Guardiola said that it was a very important victory, despite the great absences they had in their ranks.
“We made a lot of changes during the 90 minutes as West Ham are a team that defends with a lot of players, I’m extremely proud of my boys. It was a great victory considering the injuries we have,” said Pep after the match.
Pep has praised the new Belgian transfer Jeremy Dokun who scored the first goal in this challenge.
“In the first match with the team, Doku seemed a little shy to me. With a young player like him, patience is needed, I don’t expect everything from Doku”.
“However, I have to emphasize that this match left me with a good taste. He must learn.”
“It is important that on the field each player shows himself and does not complicate the maneuver in vain”, said Guardiola.
