The star of Inter Miami, Lionel Messi has admitted that he has not thought about retirement, but he would like to work as a sports director in the future.

The Barcelona legend is in his first season with Inter Miami after joining as a free agent in the summer.

Messi is shining in MLS and has already been asked about the future or retirement, which he has not even thought about.

“I haven’t thought about it and I don’t want to think about it either. I want to continue to enjoy what I do. I have taken an important step by leaving Europe behind,” Messi initially told Olga Live.

“I don’t want to think about the next step, I want to enjoy what I like the most, which is playing football. It’s a job I love. I am lucky, but I have responsibility.”

“I don’t know what I’m going to do, I like everything related to football, I like being with children, teaching, being a sports director, but I don’t know where I’m going to go.”
