Talented winger Lamine Yamal has reportedly already signed his new contract with Barcelona.

It is the transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, who has confirmed the new contract of the Spanish talent with the club from Camp Nou.

The Italian journalist has given two key details about the new contract signed by the talented teenager.


The first detail according to him is that Yamal’s new contract will last until the summer of 2026. This is the longest contract that can be given to a 16-year-old player based on the rules of European football.

On the other hand, the second detail says that Yamal’s new contract will be officially announced next Monday, on October 2, 2023.

Lamine has already shown his quality playing for Barcelona and Spain, so he deserves a better contract to secure his future at the Catalan club.

This summer, it was reported that Manchester City went all out to sign Yamal, but Barcelona rejected their bids.
