Real Madrid are looking for a defender for the rest of the season and they want to strengthen in January.

Numerous injuries have caused Los Blancos to enter the race for the transfer of a new central defender.

Milan’s young German star, Malic Thiaw, tops Real Madrid’s wish list to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

The 22-year-old has earned a place in the AC Milan starting line-up and is shining this season in Serie A and the Champions League.

Real’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti, likes the German talent very much and has asked the club’s leaders to transfer him to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Thiaw has a long-term contract with Milan until the summer of 2027, after the Rossoneri signed him from Schalke 04 just a year ago.

But according to Calciomercato, an offer of over 30 million euros could make Milan allow his departure to La Liga.
