Six Real Madrid players included in La Liga’s most valuable XI, only three from Barcelona

Royal club Real Madrid are flying high at the start of the 2023/24 season and are at the top of the La Liga table, being the main favorites for the title.

Los Blancos have one of the most valuable squads in world football and some of the best players around.

As a result, according to transfer and statistics site Transfermarkt, six Real Madrid players currently feature in La Liga’s most valuable XI.

Barcelona, on the other hand, has only three players in this formation.

Thibaut Courtois is in the 11 and his injury hasn’t hurt his value at all. Eder Militao is the only Real Madrid defender in this 11.

In defense there are the duo of Barcelona, Roland Araujo and Alejandro Balde, while on the left wing is the star of Atletico Madrid, Nahuel Molina.

Federico Valverde and the excellent Jude Bellingham are both in the squad after impressing for Los Blancos earlier in the season.

Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo Goes are the other players who represent Los Blancos in this formation, with the value of both over 100 million euros, while Robert Lewandowski is in the attack.

Some of the notable absentees from this team include Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga, who are also highly valued, as are Barcelona stars Pedri and Gavi.

The surprise of this formation is the player of Athletic Bilbao, Oihan Sancet, who has a value of only 30 million euros, but apparently the specificity of the position has caused him to be found there.
