Nixon realizes that one of Sir Jim’s initial tasks will be to create a new structure.

He is also expected to finalize the signing of Paul Mitchell as the club’s new sporting director.

This puts the jobs of John Murtough and CEO Richard Arnold in jeopardy, with several staff changes expected from the top down.

Ratcliffe wants to have full ownership in the future, but currently, he is buying a 25 percent stake worth nearly two billion euros.
