Real Madrid are said to be concerned about Arda Guler’s latest injury, reports Jose Felix of Marca.
The Turkish sensation suffered an injury as he was preparing to make his debut for Los Blancos. The muscle injury has prevented him from making his first appearance in a Madrid shirt since he was transferred in the summer transfer window.
Real Madrid are so uncertain about Guler’s situation that they have refused to set a return date for the player. The club wants to help him fully recover before returning to the squad.
The Spanish club are also said to be working closely with the Turkish international to prevent him from falling into depression while he recovers from injury.
Guler was partly to blame for the quick start to his recovery. Real Madrid later discovered he didn’t fully understand his body and forced him back into training only to suffer injury.
However, Real Madrid have full faith in Guler. The club believe the 18-year-old will eventually be fit once his injury problems are over.
Real Madrid transferred Guler from Fernabahce this summer for 20 million euros.
