FIFA is set to pay Real Madrid €20,548 for every day Eduardo Camavinga is out injured, according to El Chiringuito TV’s Jose Diaz.
The Frenchman picked up a knee injury while in action against France this week. The youngster suffered a brutal tackle from PSG star Ousmane Dembele.
It’s a massive blow for Real Madrid considering how good Camavinga has been this season every time he plays.
The player will arrive in Madrid later for more tests on his knee, but early reports from reliable sources say the player will not play for Los Blancos again in 2023.
At first, Camavinga could return to action at the end of December, but that is unlikely if he misses the stipulated eight weeks.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid is still working on the return of Aurelien Tchouameni who picked up an injury in El Clasico.
