Barcelona has officially announced a sad news that worries all the fans and the club: Gavi’s serious injury.
The young star has suffered a serious injury that will keep him out of the green fields for a long time.
A club statement read: “Following a test carried out on Monday morning on first-team player Gavi has shown that he has a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and an associated meniscus injury lateral”.

“The player will have an operation, in the coming days after which a new medical update will be published.”
The 19-year-old picked up the injury during Spain’s Euro 2024 qualifier against Georgia, forcing him off the pitch 20 minutes into the game, and will be out for up to eight months.
