Last night (Friday), Paris Saint Germain beat Monaco 5-2 in a phenomenal Ligue 1 derby and Kylian Mbappe had a special detail on his shirt.
The fantastic striker of the club from the Parc des Princes in this match was wearing a crest or badge over his surname on his shirt, which caught the attention of the fans as the other footballers did not have it.
The rench explained that this is an innovation introduced by the local football federation, as from now on the league’s top scorer will wear this badge in matches.
It is currently Mbappe with 14 goals, while his first companion Akor Adams from Montpellier has twice less (7).
As things stand, the badge could stay on Mbappe’s shirt for a long time, possibly until the end of the season.
In last night’s match, Mbappe scored a goal, while Goncalo Ramos, Ousmane Dembele, Vitinha and Randal Kolo Muani also scored.
