Two players for sale and a potential departure – Chelsea’s January transfer plan revealed

The English club Chelsea has already drawn up the January transfer window plan, where it aims at least two sales to raise funds for new acquisitions.

According to The Telegraph , Chelsea are planning to add two or three more players to Mauricio Pochettino’s squad in January.

However, they do not want a repeat of last season, when Graham Potter had many players. So the Blues will operate on a sell-one-buy-one basis.

The two players who are currently for sale are Malang Sarr and Trevoh Chalobah. Chelsea will also listen to offers for Ian Maatsen.

An interesting month also awaits the English midfielder, Conor Gallagher.

Pochettino wants the club to offer him a new deal and the midfielder himself would like to stay.

However, his long-term future is a ‘doubt’.

Furthermore, Armando Broja and Noni Madueke can ‘think about their future’ after limited playing time.

As for new signings, the club is looking for a new striker and defender.
