Manchester United prepare improved bid for Real Madrid star Morata

Manchester United have made Alvaro Morata their top transfer target. According to several reports, the Merengues have rejected the Red Devils’ € 70 million bid as Florentino Perez knows the Spaniard is a priority target for José Mourinho and is willing to demand the former Real Madrid manager as much as he can get.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to leave Real Madrid has slowed negotiations down but reports in Spain claim José Mourinho is ready to make an improved bid for the former Juventus star.

According to Marca Real Madrid are going to have a new meeting with Manchester United next week. Real Madrid’s asking price for Morata is € 80 million and Man U will try to match the player’s transfer fee.

Morata is reported to have already agreed personal terms with the Red Devils who are now due to reach an economic agreement with the Champions League winners as well.

The former Juve star got married with Italian blogger Alice Campello last week and he is currently on his honeymoon waiting to know which club he will be playing for next season.
