Inter has decided to offer a new contract to Ivan Persic.

This Croatian player is also tied with Manchester United, but they are not willing to pay as much as Inter is looking for, and the Milan club does not want to sell their player right away.

Gazzetta dello Sport writes that Inter has set an ultimatum for Manchester United:

“Perisic will cost €50 million until July 1st. After that, he’s not for sale,” reads the message sent by Inter.

Inter needs €30 million until July to comply with the Financial Fair Play, so Manchester offered exactly that for Perisic. By selling Éver Banega they have received €9 million and for the rest of the money, they are planning to sell some other players to keep Perisic if the price is not right.

Perisic’s contract with Inter lasts for another three years, and he currently earns €3.5 million per season. According to the new contract, he would have to earn €4 million plus bonuses, and he would stay at Inter until 2022.
