The President of Spanish football club Real Madrid on Wednesday said his team would continue to bring new players into the squad for next season calling fans to wait for surprises.
Kurdistan24 correspondent Shukur Mohammed conducted a short interview with Perez during a ceremony introducing the team’s new player, Theo Hernandez, at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
Perez said Hernandez is not the last player who would join the team as the club is planning to sign more new players, hinting at a few surprises for the fans.
Asked about his leading role at Real Madrid as president of one of the biggest football clubs, Perez said his team always aims to be above their competition.
He added that whoever is in charge of the club should always be mindful of the level of its history and achievements.
