Mario Lemina is reportedly undergoing a medical with Southampton ahead of a €20m transfer from Juventus.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio’s website and Calciomercato.it, Lemina’s move to Southampton will be completed on Tuesday.
The Saints are said to have agreed a payment structure of €18m plus €2m in bonuses for the Gabon midfielder, who made just 42 appearances in two years at Juve.
