Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has issued a warning to manager Jose Mourinho that he is on his way back to dominate on the field.
The Swedish forward has been out through a very serious ACL injury since a Europa League tie with United towards the end of last season.
This meant that he was unable to play for the club in the Europa League final that was hosted in his home country of Sweden.
The powerful striker has had to come back stronger than ever before, with this possibly his worst injury during his career.
Zlatan also had to deal with his future over the summer after his Manchester United contract came to an end.
Though the player continued his rehabilitation at the clubs Carrington training base, he was not a contracted United player.
There was much talk of a move to the MLS while AC Milan also became a possibility, but Zlatan had unfinished business in the Premier League.
Ibrahimovic signed a new one-year deal with Man United which was announced last month and will see him remain in the English top flight.
Now, he has issued a warning to Mourinho than he is on his way back (as well as a reference to Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo), and Premier League teams should really take note.
