Lionel Messi has called-on the club to solidify their backline and h as suggested the club to sign Bayern Munich’s David Alaba. Diario Gol reports that Messi is a huge fan of the Austrian and his versatility. Alaba can play as a left back, a centre back and as a defensive midfielder too.

Messi has requested the club to sign such a talented player, which will also serve as a blow to Real Madrid who have long been linked with the defender. Alaba is valued at around €50 million.
