Paul Pogba has criticized those who have questioned his style of the game and his actions outside the field, arguing that doing this is like criticizing Messi scoring three goals.
Ever since his transfer to Manchester United in the summer of 2016, Pogba has been constantly criticized for everything from using personal accounts on social networks to hair dyeing. The French midfielder has also spoken to Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
Now, ahead of World Cup 2018, where France is one of the favorites, Pogba has defended the style and features of his game, arguing that he has done the same in the times of success.
“I’ve always been this way. When I won, I won being like this. This is the style of my game, “Pogba told France Football.
“You will not criticize Messi when he walks on the field. If he scores three goals, you will you say, ‘Oh, but he is walking on the field?’ No, you can not tell me how to play, “he added.
