PSV coach Mark van Bommel says it will not be a problem if his player ‘fight’ to get Lionel Messi’s shirt while they succeed in winning a positive result in today’s Champions League clash against Barcelona.

The Eredivisie champion will launch the Champions League campaign with Barcelona at Group B at Camp Nou, the place where Catalans have won all the games this season.

Van Bommel – who spent the 2005-06 season with Barcelona – has asked his players to show professionalism and think about Messi’s shirt just at the end of the game.

“If tomorrow we get a good result, it is not a problem if they fight for Messi’s shirt,” Van Bomel told at the press conference.

“Being focused is always part of being a professional. I know they will ask Messi for his shirt, but they should not do it after the first half, “he added.
