Just after the draw at El Sadar, Sergi Roberto has opened up on his disappointment with the outcome.
“We leave feeling angry and pissed off,” told Sergi to Movistar.
“We’ve done the difficult part, which was coming back from Osasuna’s first goal, and in the end they equalize with a penalty. We’ve dropped two points.
“Osasuna pressed a lot in the first half and we struggled to get control of the ball, with their fans pushing them on a lot. They scored the chance which came their way. Now we have to think about our next games.”
The 27-year-old was also frustrated with the way the referee classified Pique’s handball.
However, the Spaniard is optimistic ahead of a “long way to go” in La Liga.
“This is just week three of the season, there’s a long way to go, but the message is very clear: we can’t relax from the first minute.”
Osasuna and Barcelona faced each other in an epic clash which revealed no winner. After the hosts netted an early goal in the 7th minute, Barca found an equalizer only in the 2nd half thanks to the debut goal of Ansu Fati. Shortly, Arthur added Barca’s second, however, Gerard Pique’s handball gifted Osasuna a penalty which was then converted into the game’s final goal.
