After making his contract with Juventus official, Paul Pogba showed that money was not the main motive behind his departure from Manchester.
That was clear when he accepted a lower salary at the Italian club, but even more clearly when he refused to sign a Manchester United jersey yesterday. He arrived in Turin to sign the contract with Juventus, and one of the fans tried to plant a shirt for him to sign.
Pogba theatrically refused, leaving many to wonder what went wrong with the club whose colors he had defended for the previous six years and tolerated his outbursts and childish behaviour.
