Tite robbed in broad daylight: First he received insults due to the World Cup debacle, and then his gold chain was taken

Former Brazil manager Tite, who last sat on the Carioca bench in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar, was robbed during a routine morning walk.

The thief first made a series of insults to Tite for the way he led the national team, and then took the gold chain from him.

The robbery in broad daylight is the culmination of a difficult period for Tite over the past two years. Last year, with Brazil, he lost to Argentina in the final of the Copa America, and ten days ago he was eliminated by Croatia in the quarterfinals of the World Cup.

To make matters worse for Tite, Carioca’s arch-rivals Argentina became world champions, further infuriating the Brazilians.

Tite sat on the bench of Brazil in 2016 and led the national team in 81 games and achieved 61 wins, 12 draws and seven defeats, but lost all the most important games and did not win a single trophy.
