Barcelona has returned the title of champion after four years, since the Catalans did not have this success since 2019.
The president of Barcelona, Joan Laporta, has expressed his happiness with the triumph in La Liga, who spoke at length about the title won.
“We want more, we want it to be the beginning of a long phase with trophies. The players, Xavi, the staff, the club workers, the other board members. We will continue to work to have a more competitive team”, said Laporta.
Then the leader of the Catalan giant also spoke about the renewal of Xavi with Barcelona.
“There will be no problem regarding the renovation. He is a club man. He perfectly understands the circumstances and deserves the gratitude of the club. Xavi was clear that he wanted to become the coach of Barca. Maybe more than me”, said Laporta.
