Sevilla defeats Juventus in overtime to advance to the Europa League final

Sevilla defeated Juventus with a score of 2-1 after extra time, to pass to the final of the Europa League, where Roma awaits.

Although the first half brought many chances, the teams failed to score.

Juventus took risks with Federico Gatti and Moise Kean, with the latter hitting the post.

On the other side, Sevilla had chances for Youssef En Nesyrin and Marcos Acuña, but without success.

Juve scored in the 43rd minute through Adrien Rabiot, but it was disallowed for offside.

In the second half, Juventus managed to score in the first opportunity, when it took place in the 65th minute, with Dusan Vlahovic for 1-0.

But after seven minutes, Sevilla equalized with Suso’s super goal for 1-1.

In regular time, the teams failed to score and the match went to overtime.

In the fifth minute of extra time, Erik Lamela scored a header for the Spanish lead of 2-1.

The Old Lady went on the attack to equalize but could not.

Sevilla advances to the finals of the Europa League, where they will meet Roma.
