Premier League champions Manchester City have unveiled their first kit for the upcoming 2023/24 season and it’s simply beautiful and meaningful.
Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the club’s historic move to the Etihad Stadium, Puma has unveiled an extraordinary City kit for the new 2023/24 season.
With this shirt, City and Puma pay tribute to the iconic features of the stadium and the shirt is inspired by the one worn during the first season at the new ground.
The 2003 move marked the start of a new era for the club – defined by new records, new legends and moments of greatness.
City’s 2023/24 home kit is a testament to that heritage, celebrating the Etihad Stadium and all who call it home.
The kit itself comes in City’s classic Sky Blue colour, which we all know and love.
The details that come from the front of the jersey are inspired by the unique architecture of the stadium – in particular, the four giant towers visible from the outside of the stadium that form stripes or stripes on the jersey.
The back of the neck features the stadium’s postcode and the front of the shirt gets an updated V-neck collar, inspired by the first shirt worn at the new stadium in the 2003/04 season.
The City shirt for the 2023/24 season is available to buy now from Puma and the club’s official store.
