The future of Portuguese striker Joao Felix is still unclear after his return to Atletico Madrid.
The Portuguese striker was on loan at Chelsea for the past six months, but he returned to Madrid after the Londoners did not decide on his final purchase.
The coach of Atletico Madrid, Diego Simeone does not count on the services of the player and he gave a statement the other day that did not please the Argentinian technician at all.
Joao Felix publicly stated that he would like to move to Barcelona, as he had always dreamed of playing at Camp Nou.
That was enough for Simeone to hit him in a statement saying that he should have more respect for the club.
“No one is above the club. We must always give our best. When it comes to Atletico, here are some values to consider. Like respect, humility and dedication,” said Simeone.
Felix has no future at Atletico, while the Spanish capital club are looking to find a buyer for his eventual sale.
