Official: Al-Ettifaq sign Jordan Henderson

It is finally official, Jordan Henderson will continue his career in Saudi Arabia.

The current captain of Liverpool has been introduced to the Arab team Al-Ettifaq.

Henderson was introduced to the Arab team, which paid 12 million euros for his transfer from Liverpool.

The 33-year-old signed a three-year contract with the Arab team and was introduced by coach Steven Gerrard.

At the Arab team, Henderson will have an annual salary of around 30 million euros per season, which is four times more than what he earned at Liverpool.

Henderson’s departure from Liverpool came as the Reds strengthened their midfield and he was not expected to feature heavily in Jurgen Klopp’s side.
