Two teams refuse to pay the amount demanded by Man United for Fred

According to Turkish Football, Galatasaray are furious with Manchester United’s €15 million asking price for Fred, despite being interested in signing him.

Fulham were also interested in signing the midfielder, but refused to pay 20 million euros.

Although Fred’s contract expires next summer, the Red Devils hope to recoup at least part of the €60 million they paid to sign him.

However, that seems unlikely given Fred’s slump in form at Old Trafford.

He has featured sporadically under various coaches, including Erik ten Hag.

That still isn’t enough to place him among the club’s best players right now. With the arrival of Mason Mount this summer, there seems to be no place for the Brazilian in the Dutch coach’s plans.
