Real Madrid will wait until August 31 to make their first bid for Kylian Mbappe, according to El Debate.
The offer will be too low and offensive to Paris Saint-Germain, who will surely reject it.
However, the plan is to make an offer to prove that Real Madrid tried to sign Mbappe and blame PSG for not wanting to sell the player they can leave on the bench.
If this happens, Mbappe will not play for Real Madrid next season.

PSG have threatened to sue Madrid at FIFA for reaching a deal to sign Mbappe for free next year.
In 2021, the Spanish club made three offers for the Frenchman, all of which were rejected by PSG. Each of those offers was over 180 million euros.
It is becoming clear that Florentino Perez is not interested in another transfer saga with PSG this year.
