Manchester United have postponed the announcement of the signing of Rasmus Hojlund.
The striker was spotted arriving in England ready to complete his move to the Red Devils.
Hojlund will join the Red Devils for €85 million from Atalanta, with the deal expected to be announced soon.
But according to the Manchester Evening News, confirmation could come in another three days.
It is claimed Hojlund arrived later than planned on Tuesday and United’s timetable around the Dane’s signing changed.
He flew into Manchester Airport at 4.15pm and was due to meet some supporters and undergo a medical before putting pen to paper on the contract.
The club can now look to make the announcement on the weekend before the home friendly against Lens at 12.45pm on Saturday.
United will pay Atalanta an initial fee of €75 million with another €10 million potentially coming in bonuses.
The 20-year-old will sign a five-year deal at Old Trafford.
