Milan are said to have agreed on the transfer of Junior Messias to Genoa in a deal worth a total of three million euros and he is undergoing medical tests today (Friday).
The winger is not part of manager Stefano Pioli’s plans for this season and has also been linked with a much more lucrative move to Turkey to Besiktas or Saudi Arabia.

According to the MilanNews.it site, this will be a loan with an obligation to buy at the end of the season for a total fee of around three million euros.
Because Messias’ current contract only runs until June 2024, he will first need to sign an extension with the Reds and then complete the loan.
The 32-year-old Brazilian arrived in Serie A from Crotone in 2020 and a year later won a transfer to Milan for a total of 7.5 million euros.
He scored 12 goals and provided five assists in 68 competitive games for the Rossoneri.
