Jude Bellingham has started his adventure as a Real Madrid player in a spectacular way.
The English midfielder joined Los Blancos in the summer transfer window from Borussia Dortmund, as he has shone in his first two games in La Liga.
The 20-year-old scored a goal in the first game against Athletic Bilbao, while in the second against Almeria he scored two more and provided an assist.
Bellingham added that he is now a ten times better player than he was at Borussia Dortmund as he has learned a lot since he moved to the Spanish capital.
“The fight on the field, the turnovers, are difficult for many teams. But not for Real Madrid. Despite being the first to concede, we continued with our game. I saw my teammates on the field and none of them panicked, in the end we got the result we wanted”.
“I have often seen the upsets of Madrid on television, now I understand very well how they come. There is an Olympic calm on the field, I don’t think about losing with Real’s shirt at all. Here trust is part of the DNA”.
“I am ten times better than I was at Borussia Dortmund. I have learned a lot from my teammates, there is a very high level. I am like a “sponge” that tries to take everything from my teammates”, declared the English midfielder.
Los Blancos paid 103 million euros for the transfer of the Englishman, money that is expected to be justified very quickly with what Bellingham is giving on the field.
