ESPN Brazil reports that Fluminense have rejected Liverpool’s latest offer of €30m for Andre.
The Brazilian side do not want to sell him in the summer even if the Reds increase their offer.
A football season in Brazil lasts until the end of December and Fluminense do not want to lose their key player in the middle of the Serie A and Copa Libertadores season.
The outlet further adds that the Reds are unlikely to return for the midfielder in January as they need him now.

Liverpool will be looking for new names to fill out their midfield at the start of the season.
The news comes as a blow to Andre himself, who has reportedly told Fluminense that he wants the club to sell him to Liverpool.
