Jurgen Klopp insists Mohamed Salah is not for sale and is committed to Liverpool amid continued interest from Saudi Arabia.
Media outlet The Athletic reported on Thursday that Saudi Arabian Super Le ague side Al Ittihad had rekindled their interest in the Egyptian striker.
This medium added that the Saudi club was willing to pay over 100 million euros to the Reds and make the Egyptian more paid than Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, it is unclear at this stage whether a deal for Salah will go through, with Liverpool not having the 31-year-old for sale.
Salah’s agent dismissed reports in early August linking the player with a move to the Saudi Arabian club, while Klopp now insists the same.
“There is nothing to talk about from our point of view. If there was something (an offer), then the answer would be no,” said Klopp.
Asked if Salah is still committed to Liverpool, Klopp replied: “100%”.
