Real Madrid are looking for a seventh straight win as they take on local rivals Atletico Madrid in what promises to be a spectacle.

In the pre-match press conference, Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Vinicius will be available for this match.

The 23-year-old has been sidelined since picking up a muscle injury against Celta Vigo in week three of the Spanish league, and he now appears to have fully recovered from that problem.

However, Real Madrid today confirmed that the Brazilian will not be part of the team that will travel to “Civitas Metropolitano”, due to stomach problems.

Vinicius, however, would most likely not start the game from the start, but would be an additional option from the bench for Los Blancos.

The Brazilian is expected to return to the field in the match that Real Madrid plays in the middle of the week against Las Palmas.
