Jude Bellingham played another fantastic game for Real Madrid as the Madrid side inflicted their first defeat on Girona this season, beating them 3-0 to go top of the Spanish league.

The brilliant young midfielder scored the third goal of the match and provided a fine assist for the first goal which was scored by Joselu.

His pass with the outside of his right foot has been compared to Luka Modric’s assist against Chelsea in the Champions League.

“This was an important win for us, Girona were on a great streak. At the same time, this was our message about what we intend to do in La Liga, we scored three goals and kept a clean sheet against a team that is doing very well.”

“I feel good in this team. I have freedom of movement, I like being here. Every time I wear this jersey, I try to play well,” Bellingham said after the game.

The brilliant 20-year-old English midfielder now has seven goals and two assists in eight games played for Real. He says that he copied the goal pass from Modric, as he has been watching it for three months.

“I have seen what Modric does every day for three months. I want to be creative. It was a good goal because it removed the pressure that they had imposed on us from the beginning,” declared the Englishman.

Luka Modric was on the bench both in the last round against Las Palmas and against Girona.
