Rennes played Nantes tonight in a 2-1 win, their first win of the season after five consecutive draws.

The French side is well-known to Real Madrid fans, with the transfer of Eduardo Camavinga in 2021.

According to the outlet, there is more than one player that Real Madrid are looking for at Rennes, but so far they only have one player in their sights. This is 18-year-old French striker Desire Doue.

Doue scored tonight with his first touch of the game, certainly giving Real Madrid scouts a good look.

It remains to be seen whether the scouting analysis forces Real Madrid to do business with Rennes again, while they certainly have a good track record with them – especially with the signing of Camavinga.
