Totti: Dybala – Lukaku are a better duo than Lautaro-Thuram

Francesco Totti is one of the best footballers in the history of Italian football.

Even after retirement, the Roma legend often gives interesting statements about football and especially his former team Roma.

The legendary captain of Rome has appreciated the great work of Jose Mourinho at the Reds, as he said that the Portuguese should stay at the Olimpico.

“Mourinho is one of the greatest in the world, statistically together with Ancelotti, he is the coach who has won the most trophies.”

“In two years, he touched two European finals, while winning the Conference League, which in the history of this club had never reached two consecutive finals in the last 25 years.”

“As a Roma fan, I will thank him for life. In my opinion, great coaches should stay in great teams. Mourinho should stay at Roma,” said Totti.

Further, the former number 10 of Rome said that he appreciates the pair of Paulo Dybala – Romelu Lukaku more than that of Inter, Lautaro Martinez – Marcus Thuram.

“Dybala is the mainstay of the team, he is the one who plays the game. Together with the strength of Lukaku, there is a good binomial that everyone would like in Serie A”.

“Between them and Lautaro-Thuram, I choose Dybala-Lukaku, for me it is the perfect pair and we hope that they will show us this as soon as possible. For Dybala it depends on the physical problems, Lukaku on the other hand is always ready”, said Totti.
