‘Real Madrid should buy Neymar quietly’

Los Blancos reportedly expect the Brazilian to force his move away from PSG in summer, and Hasan Salihamidzic urges Real Madrid not to blow up the transfer market once again.

“I am against doing such crazy things, I do not think we have to push into that dimension.

“Real should buy Neymar quietly, we have to be different, we have to plan for the long-term more than some of these clubs. They can be influenced at short notice by a World Cup or European Championship and then pay a lot for a player, we should know in advance what we are doing, we have to be faster.

“It could happen that a player will leave us for a lot of money and then we will have to reinvest with a lot of money in the team. That would be an exception, though.”
